The method

How it works.

From the first question to the final confirmation — every seam, every hand-off, every deadline, quietly handled on your behalf.

01

Tell us about the event

A few quick questions about your event — the date, the city, how many guests. You'll see how many rooms to ask for before anything goes to a hotel.

  • Under five minutes
  • Progress saves itself
  • No account required to start
02

We write to the right hotels

We match against your venue, style, and head count, then send real Requests for Proposals to a curated shortlist. No spraying the internet.

  • Up to 10 well-matched hotels per request
  • Hotels asked to reply within 2 days
  • We follow up on your behalf
03

Compare, in plain language

Proposals land in one place — rates, attrition, cutoffs, concessions — laid out side-by-side. No forwarded emails, no hidden terms.

  • Every term explained in English
  • Attrition spelled out before you sign
  • Best rate flagged in the comparison
04

Accept, and the paperwork follows

One click to accept. The hotel drafts the contract and sends a signing link; you both sign in their e-sign tool. We track every step and tell you the moment it's locked in — then your hotel sends booking details straight to you and your guests.

  • No upfront payment for most blocks
  • Contract terms translated
  • DocuSign, PandaDoc — whichever

A quick primer on room blocks

Room block
A set of rooms reserved at a group rate. Guests book against the block at a discount — typically 15–25% below walk-up.
Attrition
The minimum share of your block that must book. On 20 rooms at 80% attrition, you guarantee 16 will fill; shortfalls may be billed.
Cutoff date
The deadline for guests to claim the group rate. Usually 30–60 days before the event — it's spelled out in every quote before you accept.
