You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use StayLane on behalf of an organization (such as a hotel), you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

StayLane is a platform that helps couples and hosts request, compare, and arrange hotel room blocks, and helps hotels respond. We are a facilitator, not a party to any agreement between a host and a hotel. The room-block contract is solely between the host and the hotel. We do not own, operate, or control any hotel, and we do not guarantee rates, availability, or that any hotel will respond.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account, including keeping your sign-in details and any access links secure. Tell us promptly at [PRIVACY CONTACT — e.g., privacy@staylaneblocks.com] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Hotel users agree to provide accurate proposal and contract information and to honor the terms they submit. Proposals and contracts you enter become available to the relevant host through the platform.

Any room-block contract — including rates, attrition, cutoff dates, deposits, and cancellation terms — is a direct agreement between the host and the hotel. Review every term before signing. StayLane may generate or route documents for convenience but is not responsible for their content, performance, or enforcement.

StayLane is free for couples and hosts. Where we earn revenue, it is through a commission paid by the hotel on rooms booked, consistent with standard industry practice. [Confirm the exact fee/commission model and any hotel-partner terms with counsel.]

Parts of the service use automated/AI assistance to parse the replies hotels send us. Its output is assistive and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying all details — especially financial and contract terms — before relying on or signing them.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone’s rights;
• upload information you lack the right to share, or false or misleading information;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security; or
• use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

The StayLane platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY — e.g., StayLane, Inc.] and its licensors and is protected by law. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and provide the service.
