Then how do we make money?
Hotels pay us a small commission on rooms actually booked — the same mechanism planners, concierges, and travel agents have used for a century. It's already factored into the group rate they quote, so your rate isn't inflated to cover it.
Because we bring hotels qualified, ready-to-book leads, they often quote rates through us that match or beatwhat you'd get calling the sales desk directly. You get good rates and a calm process; hotels fill their blocks efficiently.
